Der Watchdog Timer setzt Present_Value von allen Ausgangsobjekten zurück auf Relinquish_Default, wenn die BACnet Kommunikation dauerhaft

ausfällt. Der Timer wird neu gestartet, wenn eine BACnet Nachricht mit einer APDU empfangen wird.

Wenn der Timer ausläuft, werden die Prioritätsfelder alle Ausgangsobjekte komplett auf NULL gesetzt.
